our history

Stigfram was founded by Gunnar Ström in 1997 based on a thesis that it is "the people within an organization who make the difference".

In his role as CEO of several different companies, Gunnar had already seen the challenge and the opportunity that if you want to create profitability and results through the customer experience, you can only do this by engaging the employees and having goal-oriented leadership. This applies regardless of industry, but in most cases requires a culture shift and change processes where all employees within the company first need an understanding of the common goals that are the company's desired position.

Creating a recipe for this was the starting point for StigFram and the offers we deliver to the market today.

StigFram is part of the StandOut Group, which is an umbrella organization that also includes the company's Best In Service and Happy Team exclusive partner in Sweden for HappyOrNot.
